What are the shipping costs per country?
NL / BE + other countries of the EU (European Union): free shipping / no extra shipping costs for orders above € 10,00. (Orders less than € 10,00 : € 2,50 shipping cost)
Outside the EU (but within Europe): Eg. Switzerland, etc.: € 10.00 extra shipping costs.
Why do we charge shipping cost outside EU?
For shipping outside EU we need to create and add special documents for customs. And we also need to ship by parcel instead of regular mailbox post, which makes it more expensive for us to ship.
When can I expect delivery?
Orders placed before 18:00 hrs. CET on a normal working day, will be dispatched the same

How do I pay?
Payments can be made by IDeal, in advance through the bank, or by using Bancontact/Mr Cash, a credit card or Paypal. Advance payments through the bank should be made by bank transfer. You will be sent an email which will provide all of the required information. This is a convenient method of payment for clients who do not have Internet banking facilities or if IDeal functions incorrectly. Orders will be dispatched on receipt of payment. This could be several days, depending on the speed of your bank.
